Sure! Let me start by telling you guys our inspiration for this project. Heron is a creature that is familiar in our history and culture; it represents purity, elegance and belongs to the fairy world. When winter comes, Heron and other birds will fly south to find places to hibernate. That image inspires us so much in a way that we find human being are really similar in some sense. When we are overloaded and drown in urban stress, we tend to find somewhere to retreat, to find an escape in this chaotic world. That’s when people think of Heron, a perfect get-away for urban dwellers to find themselves and reconnect to mother nature. Also, Heron is a potential project for crypto natives to invest and enjoy the benefits from both the real-world and crypto world.
Heron is an Eco Retreat that is visualized to be a place for self-healing and is a perfect get-away for urban people.
It’s a place built within nature, not dominating her. By partially using pre-built bungalows, we could minimize the damage to the surroundings and keep everything as intact as possible.

Now we, as humans, are more conscious about our health and life value as the pandemic has shown us the cruelty of mother nature; what she could do to return the damage we’ve caused to her is unimaginable. We, as customers, are now looking for services and experiences that focus and serve our health. This is one of the crucial reasons why we are dedicated to starting this journey. I would want to show you guys the concept design of our project.

Sure! This is a part of our pitch deck, which can be found on our website: heron.Asia
Our team is compromised of high-level individuals in both the crypto and traditional space.
First are Mr. Thanh Dao and Mr. Loc Dinh, co-founders of Launchzone. They have built such decent DEX on the BSC ecosystem and are well-known for being a DeFi hub, offering multiple ways for staking and farming to earn. They are in charge of the crypto aspect of this project.
Next is TranX, the company that takes care of the traditional business side of our project
The Founder of TranX is Mr.Thang Trinh, who has a background in tech and has more than 5 years of experience in developing wellness & retreat projects. He specializes in partnership development, growth strategy, and team scaling up.
Mr. Phu Nguyen is the General Manager of the project. His responsibility is to keep the project operation on the right track. He’s also the one who collects data and gives out an overview of how to attract plenty of customers and how all the services and experiences at Heron Eco Retreat are designed to meet all customer’s needs.
Our Architecture Manager, Mr. Son Tran. He is in charge of the design process after acquiring information and data from the General Manager. All research on how suitable the geographic and climate conditions are to construct Heron Eco Retreat and the process would be taken care of by his crew.
Our Construction Manager, Mr. Khanh Mai is the one to work with material suppliers, contractors and local authorities for legal paper.
One must-have position in our Core team is Financial Specialist. Mr.Thang Nguyen is in charge of this position. His field is to manage Financial Risk, calculate additional expenses during the progress and make sure all the risks are mostly considered and handled beforehand.
The last but also the most important person is Mrs. Hanh Nguyen, a Real Estate expert. She has a background of more than 15 years of experience in this field, and with her expertise and network, her role is super important as she knows all the nooks and crannies in this field.

This is the most demanding thing every project requires. Now let's move on to the advisors' team.

As you guys can see, we have 2 main advisors that would commit to the Heron Eco Retreat project in the long-term.
First is Mrs. Le Viet Thanh Ha, advisor of branding and marketing for Heron Eco Retreat. She used to be the CMO of international banks such as HSBC or Citibank. Currently, she is CMO of One Mount Group, AKA 1M group, a tech-focus company owned by Vingroup.
The hospitality and Real Estate Advisor is Mr.Afran Mohamed, who has 26 years of experience in the field. He used to be the Former General Manager of FLC Group and now as Managing Director of Flamingo Groups. At the same time, he is General Manager of Best Western International, CEO of Ecopark Property Management ECOPM, and Residence Manager of Capitallan.

Can you explain to those who are maybe finding out, for the first time, what your project is about? You have already given an introduction, but What is your project dedicated towards in the Crypto Ecosystem of DeFi, GameFi, and NFT?
Andy | Heron Eco Retreat :
Sure! Heron Eco Retreat is an experimental project that applies blockchain technology into the traditional tourism business. By pegging NFT to real-life services and products, we are changing the game by giving real value and practical use cases to the NFT we are offering investors.
From a tourism perspective, Heron Eco Retreat is a place for self-healing and detoxing one’s mind.
Heron Eco Retreat is located 42km away from Hanoi (roughly around 1hrs drive by cars). It’s built on the side of a hill surrounded by trees, looking straight to Cố Đụng lake, bringing a sensational experience to anyone staying at Heron Eco Retreat.The total area of Heron Eco Retreat is 30.000 square meters but only 30% of those are for construction, the other 70% are left intact as we want nature to be a key in customer experience
There are 26 bungalows that have been built in advance and are waiting to be installed. By doing this, we could minimize the most damage to the surrounding area during the construction progress.
16 deluxe rooms to offer customers more options for their desired experience.
There’s a complex of restaurants, cafeteria and cocktail bar in a total area of 600 square meters for the best dining experience at Heron Eco Retreat. A self-healing center offering spa sessions, yoga, and meditation classes as a critical experience during the time at Heron Eco Retreat because that’s what Heron is built for.
Last but not least is an infinity pool as a must-have at any luxurious tourism venue.

Since the Cryptocurrency market has been booming, both deFi and NFT are the trends right now, Heron Asia wants to join the wave to become the first Eco Retreat to apply staking model and NFT into our chain of services and products. Our advantage is pegging NFT to real life service so that our NFT would have a real value in the physical world and be more stable during the downtrend of the NFT market.

Can you tell us about your Game?

So basically, it’s a game where people could stake Heron Token for incentives as $LZP token. $LZP token could be used to upgrade items in the game, and then the game items could be listed on our NFT Marketplace to be sold.

More about the $LZP token use case. $LZP is a completely new token rewarded for devoted LaunchZonians. Users will be able to stake and farm LZP. LaunchZone Ecosystem will simultaneously launch a new staking and yield farming system, allowing users to earn huge rewards by staking or providing liquidity.
LZP will also be used for in-game purchases and for other activities within the LaunchZone Ecosystem.
$LZP token would also be an incentive for users in Launchzone’s ecosystem when they use our services and products.

Sure! Let’s start with our tokenomic first. Our token’s ticker is HERON. There are 235M in total, and all would be sold to our investors. The vesting schedule is that 10% of Heron Token would be released at TGE, cliff for one month, then the other 90% of the token would be given back to our investor at the rate of 7.5% each month in the next 12 months.
To get 1 HERONNFT, Heron owners must stake 74.000 Heron tokens for 1 year to get at least 1 HERONNFT. This NFT is unique and would be converted into a voucher in QR-code format. This voucher is equivalent to a 2 days 1 night stay at Heron Eco Retreat which has included one meal and other services. HERONNFT or vouchers could also be listed on our DeFi Marketplace for trading. People could buy this voucher here if they did not stake or own Heron Token and investors could make profit by trading it.
One last use-case of Heron Token is that it could be used in LZFarm, a gameFi developed by Launchzone and is expected to launch in the next year, for staking and farming for $LZP token. While expanding Heron Asia, we would also look for more ways to adapt cryptocurrency into our business in order to offer more options and possibilities for both investors and travellers.
Crypto investors would have more options to invest and earn benefits in our ecosystem for both the long-term and short-term, while travelers would have more ways to access our services and products at Heron Eco Retreat.

So as earlier I have said, an investor who holds 74.000 Heron Token could stake them in a year and then would earn our HERON NFT. If one doesn’t own any Heron Token or own some but not enough, they could buy HERONNFT or vouchers in our NFT Marketplace. When one buys NFT or vouchers on our NFT Marketplace, they have the right to use most of them in any way, either trade for profit or enjoy our services at Heron Eco Retreat.

We bring deFi into our project by using NFT Marketplace, this would allow investors in our ecosystem to do whatever they want with their asset.
LZFarm is a gameFi that allows investors in our ecosystem to make use of the most use cases of Heron Token as they could stake them for $LZP token then use them for upgrading in-game items to make them more desirable on our NFT Marketplace. Our HERO NFT is special because it has real value in our physical world as I have said earlier.
about the question how to protect the price of HERON token to be honest, no answer could satisfy everyone in this room

Right now we are focusing on the domestic tourism scene only because we want to build the tightest foundation. Globalization would be a part of our growth but for now we've not made any detailed plans about it. Please follow our social media channel for the latest news and updates
About users that dont understand English well, we do actually have plan to adopt multiple languages in our website but we need to collect data to see which languages have the highest demand then we would update our website's language
In the short-term, we are launching LZFarm at the end of 2021 and NFT Marketplace in Q2 of 2022. Heron Eco Retreat would start being built in the beginning of 2022 and would grand open by the end of 2022.
In the long-term, Heron Eco Retreat would be a chain of services across Vietnam, allowing customers to enjoy our services anywhere in Vietnam. More crypto trends and money games would be adapted into our ecosystem for better user’s experience and benefit.

"The access to Eco Retreat services is through the purchase of NFTs? Should these NFTs be delivered (paid for) at the time of enjoying the services?"

Services at Heron Eco Retreat could be accessed by coming directly to our place and booking our services just like normal, or by converting NFT into vouchers. When HERONNFT is converted into vouchers, it would be in QR-code format that you could save it anywhere in your phone. When you come to Heron Eco Retreat, we just need to scan the QR code to verify your NFT then everything would be set.
Question 3:
"I found out that recently you changed the name of your token from $HER to $HERON. So just wondering, can I ask the purpose of renaming your token? Rescheduled IDO and Renaming Token, explain how you can say these can bring a better experience for both users & investors?"

The reason why we changed Token's name 2 times is because $HER is similar to HeroVerse's and HeroNode's ticker and $HE is similar to HeroFi's ticker, therefore we must change our token's ticker so user could find us on CoinmarketCap.
The reason why we also rescheduled the IDO events was we wanted to spend more time on spreading our name and social media for a better exposure. Reschduling IDO and Renaming Token surely don't give people much pleasure but please rest assured, we always wanted to bring the best experience to our investor and customer. Giving the token an unique name and rescheduling IDO to spread our name more widely would make our project come closer to everyone in the cryptocurrency world.
